Step 1 - Pre inspection
Every good carpet cleaning experience should start with a good pre-inspection. Our professional technician will inspect your areas of concern as well as letting you know of soiling conditions. He will advise you if there is any permanent staining.
Step 2 - Furniture Moving(most other companies do not move anything)
Chairs, Loveseats, Tables, Sofas and most light items will be carefully moved if requested. Larger peices: Beds, dressers, entertainment centers ect are going to be left in place due to the liability.
Step 3 - Pre- spotting & Pre-spraying(most companies will charge an extra fee or wont do this step at all)
Traffic areas and spots are going to be pre-treated for more effective spot and soil removal.
Step 4 - Rinse & Extract
When the soil has been loosened, our top of the line truck-mounted steam cleaning System(sometimes called hot water extraction) we will thoroughly flush out the carpet. We regulate heat and pressure so that the carpet is not over wet.
Step 5 - Dry Strokes
This step is very important (many inexperienced carpet cleaners will leave this step out). Once the carpet has been thoroughly cleaned, a dry stroke removes most of the remaining moisture from the top of the carpet fibers. If your current carpet cleaner doesnt do this step you might have to wait days for your carpets to dry.
Step 6 - Post grooming or Raking
(most companies dont offer this because they are lazy) ask our technician if you would like this done.
The carpet is raked or groomed using a grooming rake. The carpet will be raked in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.
Step 6 - Post Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home to inspect our work. Let us know that you are pleased with our service by signing our service receipt.
